Platen
Micro-Vu Measuring Systems Excel 511, 512, 701, 702, 704 may incorporate the platen to hold parts with a thickness of <5 mm down onto the glass stage, allowing users to perform camera based measurements. The platen is operated manually or automatically through InSpec Metrology Software.
