HF5Field Of View Measuring System
HF5 is a fast, two dimensional, high precision measurement machine featuring a horizontal layout, optimal for measuring cylindrical parts. HF5 touch panel allows users to automatically search for measurement programs, execute them, and display measurement results. The systems include our InSpec Metrology Software, image magnification, advanced LED lighting, and features a single USB connection to your workstation computer.

HF5 Fixture Kits
The HF5 machine includes the small fixture kit. Additionally, there are medium and large kit configurations available, which can be purchased at an extra cost.

InSpec for HF5
Designed to work seamlessly with the HF5, InSpec software provides the tools needed for creating repeatable measurement processes with efficiency and precision. It allows for more accurate programming, feature creation, and visualization tailored to the HF5's specific design. InSpec utilizes advanced edge detection algorithms to quickly detect and measure features with sub-pixel accuracy and repeatablility.
