VF1Field Of View Measuring System
VF1 is a compact and high-precision desktop measurement machine. The system is well suited for quick and precise measurements, without the need for focus adjustments. VF1 touch panel allows users to automatically search for measurement programs, execute them, and display measurement results. The system includes the next generation of InSpec Metrology Software that has advanced edge detection algorithms that provide superior performance with sub-pixel accuracy and repeatability. InSpec Metrology Software controls imaging, and lighting resulting in high accuracy measurement systems. The VF1 features a compact profile light design.

Designed to work seamlessly with the VF1, InSpec software provides the tools needed for creating repeatable measurement processes with efficiency and precision. InSpec utilizes advanced edge detection algorithms to quickly detect and measure features with sub-pixel accuracy and repeatablility.
